The stainless steel filter housing is made of stainless steel (SUS304/316), with both inner and outer surfaces polished to a roughness level of Ra0.3. The filter element is made of high-efficiency precision filter material. The sterilization filter element is made of hydrophobic sterile polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) folded membrane material, which has passed 100% DOP integrity testing and is widely used in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, food, and chemical industries.
